Biography

​

My name is Fay Brown and I am a  trained professional that resides in New York. However, I have learned that life can throw curve balls and I have been hit by a few. Therefore, I have become a professional in the school of hard knocks.

​

Human beings by nature want to be happy. It’s an innate desire. Some of us have been able to have that life experience without any kinks in the road or its minimal and of short duration.

​

However, there are others that the road called life has been paved with pebbles, rocks and some even in the pit. Those who find themselves in pit sometimes are unable to escape. Life for them is a continuous challenge.

​

If not careful, these life events can suck the life forces out of an individual. Emotional honesty demands a close evaluation of one’s emotions for coping mechanisms. However, these painful life events are blessings in disguise.

 

There are choices: be pessimistic or succumb to these bends and twist or benefit from them. What’s the benefit: A strong constitution, compassion, EMPATHY most of all WISDOM that is more valuable than gold and rubies. Wisdom that guides is acquired ONLY through the school of hard knocks.

I am the kind of person who has benefited from the rocks and valleys and they have shaped me. Therefore, many view me as a source of strength for them because of my acquired ability to have a perspective on a situation, conflict resolution oral or written so much so that I have been encouraged repeatedly Fay: You need to do this as  a living because you have helped so many people.

Thus, I have gained a deep insight and a depth of understanding that has resulted in heightened sensitivity for hurting souls. This precious reward could not have been made possible if the road called life for me was smooth.
